  • You can be both a driver and manager as you improve your bus company.

Cons

Bus Simulator 21 is a game where you can make your own bus company, drive officially licensed buses and explore open-world maps. If you love buses or the idea of making your own company, then this is the right game for you. The graphics are stunning, but this also leads to one of Bus Simulator 21's few problems.

Main Features

As the name implies, Bus Simulator 21 is a game where you can play various roles in a bus company. You can hop inside the driver's seat and drive the bus around. This gives you an opportunity to explore the interior and maps while picking up people and keeping to your timetable.

You can also manage and expand your bus company. There are dozens of buses to choose from, and you can customize all of them to your heart's content. You can also plan routes, make timetables and set fees to ensure you make as much money as possible.

Official Buses

A simulator should be as realistic as possible to make you feel truly immersed. Bus Simulator 21 has over 30 official buses from international brands such as Grande West and Blue Bird. Not only that, but there are various bus types you can choose from. There are regular buses, electric buses, double-decker buses and more.

While you can stick with the official version of these buses, you can also customize them to change the color, accessories, interior, exterior and more.

Open Maps

There are two open-world maps that you can explore. You can either be in the driver's seat, or you can be a manager and ensure your drivers are taking the best routes. The maps feel like real cities full of vehicles, buildings and people. The pedestrian and driver AI has been improved over the previous Bus Simulator. You'll feel like you're in a real city.

While true open-world games tend to have much larger maps, Bus Simulator 21 packs their maps with detail. Many players discover whole new areas just by turning down an unfamiliar corner. This gives you plenty of areas to explore.

Graphics

The graphics were made with Unreal Engine 4, which is known for incredibly realistic graphics. Everything from the buses to the people to the maps looks real and full of detail. You can see that the development team put a lot of work into crafting a world that is as rich and detailed as possible.

This also leads to a problem though with Bus Simulator 21. While the game is fairly straightforward, you need a good computer to play it properly. Computers with low-end hardware may lag when loading graphics.
